The A170 Drip Edge Trim is fitted to the lowest edge of the roof to allow water to flow into the gutter. The product measures 3m x 90 x 65mm (L x W x H). The perimeter of the roof should be fixed with two support battens to provide space, so that the gutter can be fixed behind the trim. The outer batten must be attached 10mm lower than the inner batten. When used on an adjoining edge, the trim is compatible with the B230 raised edge trim. The trim must be fixed in position by applying trim adhesive to the batten in 30mm beads at 300mm centres and then nail to the decking.
